So it has been a month since we stepped off of a plane to start life in our new home. Gotta love the Navy and the places it send you! Anyhow, here we are in Honolulu, HI and have yet to finish settling in. It has been one month since we sat on our couch, watched our TV and slept in our beds......but we are making it! Even though we are living off of loaner dishers and Aloha funiture we have started to make our impact here. Between hiking, visits to the beach, tasting local fare, and best of all...getting our borrowed car broken into....we are having fun and living it up!

This Island may be small, but I don't think we will get to see it in the three years that we will be here.....we will not be stopped from trying though!
